I thought you all might be equally excited to hear that we are currently in the phase of the Meta-Nerd Hipster. Similar to the Chinese Animal Zodiac Calendar, Paste Magazine has dissected the Evolution of the Hipster from 2000-2009. Starting off with the EMO hipster of 2000 and slowly working their way through hipster icons like starbucks, vans, skulls, miller high life, fixed gear bikes, vintage and tattoos: the last decade of the hipster is revealed. Nice job to the people at Paste. I can hardly wait too see 2010 and a new evolution of the Meta-Nerd.
