I went to the junk yard today for the first time! It was really fun. My research group and I went to the scrap yard to get ideas and collect parts for the collection of recycled garments and accessories we will be making this semester. The research grant we were awarded from VCU will allow us to investigate the value of using recycled materials while creating a collection of multiple one of a kind garments and accessories as art pieces.

Flight of the Conchords
I love these guys...i saw the one of their shows and then i watched all the rest in a row. They are from New Zealand and they are hilarious. They have an HBO series but you can buy the whole first season on DVD. They are really silly but that is what i'm asking for for my bday
